Let’s get started! ##Ingredients - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil - 2 pounds of beef stew meat, cut into 1/2-inch cubes - 1 large onion, diced - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon of dried oregano - 1 teaspoon of ground cumin - 1 teaspoon of chili powder - 1 teaspoon of salt - 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves - 6 cups of beef broth - 4 cups of diced potatoes - 2 cups of corn kernels - 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro ##Instructions ###Step 1: Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
